This notice explains the limited personal information collected through the newsletter and contact form on jonnywilson.co.uk. The site does not sell personal information.

Newsletter subscriptions

If you subscribe, your email address is sent to Buttondown so it can confirm your consent, manage the subscriber list, and deliver the weekly digest. Buttondown requires double opt-in: you are not added to the active list until you click the confirmation link.

The lawful basis is your consent. You can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe or subscription-management link included in each email. See Buttondown's privacy policy.

Contact enquiries

If you use the contact form, your name, email address, message, submission time, and basic anti-spam information are processed by Formspree and delivered so that the enquiry can be reviewed and answered. Do not submit confidential, safety-critical, or sensitive personal information.

The information is used only to respond to the enquiry and maintain necessary correspondence. Formspree states that free-plan submissions are retained in its inbox for 30 days. Relevant correspondence may be retained for longer where reasonably needed to deal with the enquiry or meet legal obligations. See Formspree's privacy policy.

Your choices and rights

You may ask what personal information is held, request correction or deletion where applicable, or raise a concern about its use. Newsletter subscribers can manage or end their subscription directly from any newsletter email. For other requests, use the contact form.
